Rate what you actually experienced

• Post first-hand, recent experiences and score each dimension honestly.
• Disclose meaningful relationships, free products, employment, or incentives.
• Do not coordinate review attacks, duplicate ratings, trade reviews, or manipulate rankings.
• Critique the food and service—not someone’s identity or protected characteristics.

Post content you have the right to share

Use your own photos and words. Do not publish private contact details, payment information, health records, confidential business material, or images of people in sensitive situations without permission.

Never post

• threats, targeted harassment, hate, stalking, sexual exploitation, or encouragement of self-harm;
• illegal goods or activity, malware, scams, impersonation, or deceptive links;
• graphic content without legitimate context, or content that creates an immediate safety risk;
• spam, repetitive promotion, or undisclosed sponsored reviews; or
• claims presented as fact when you know they are false.

Venue-owner conduct

Owners may answer criticism and correct facts, but may not threaten reviewers, offer benefits to remove negative feedback, reveal customer information, or pose as independent diners. Advertising must remain separate from organic ratings.

Reporting, blocking, safety, and enforcement

Wingman applies limited automated checks before public text is posted, but automated checks cannot understand every context. Use the report control on check-in content. You can block another account from its profile; blocking removes follow connections, prevents new direct social interactions in either direction, and hides that account from your signed-in social surfaces. We can remove content, restrict reach, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities when reasonably necessary. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate removal. If there is imminent danger, contact emergency services first. For escalation or appeal, use the private contact form.
